Named one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising” by Ad Age, Sharon’s entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong career growing creative agencies has earned her a reputation as one of the most recognizable and trusted voices in the industry.
Sharon founded the results-driven advertising agency Partners + Napier in Upstate New York in 2004 and has since grown the agency to a nationally recognized team of 160, creating work that leaves a mark for such clients as Constellation Brands, BMW Financial Services, Friendship Dairies, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, BurgerFi, Schuman Cheese, and Delta Vacations.
