Biography

Named one of the “100 Most Influential Women in Advertising” by Ad Age, Sharon’s entrepreneurial spirit and lifelong career growing creative agencies has earned her a reputation as one of the most recognizable and trusted voices in the industry.

Sharon founded the results-driven advertising agency Partners + Napier in Upstate New York in 2004 and has since grown the agency to a nationally recognized team of 160, creating work that leaves a mark for such clients as Constellation Brands, BMW Financial Services, Friendship Dairies, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, BurgerFi, Schuman Cheese, and Delta Vacations. To establish a global footprint, in 2011 Sharon negotiated the sale of the agency to Project Worldwide – an independent, innovative holding company model linking 14 agencies in service of creativity, where she is part of the Worldwide Strategic Leadership team.

Partners + Napier was twice named one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work in Marketing & Media, and was named one of the top small agencies in North America. The agency continues to rack up honors in creative effectiveness including multiple Effie Awards, and in 2018 was ranked as the 15th most effective agency in North America by Effie Worldwide.

Sharon is currently the Co-Vice Chair for the American Association of Advertising Agencies, where she has been a board member and previously served as Secretary/Treasurer for 12+ years. She also serves on the Board of Trustees at Rochester Institute of Technology, her alma mater and one of the world’s leading institutions for science, engineering and technology.

She is a frequent speaker at industry events including the 4A’s Transformation Conference, Ad Age’s Small Agency Conference and Advertising Week, and has shared her insights with The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Ad Age, Adweek, Campaign US and numerous others.
