As SVP, Managing Director, Jeff heads a multi-disciplinary office creating products, services and communications that help grow client businesses. Since joining in 2013, Jeff has rebuilt the Chicago office, installing a highly skilled leadership team, growing the client base throughout the region and winning multiple industry awards. With 20 years of industry experience, Jeff plays an invaluable role ensuring that the right practices and culture are in place to deepen client partnerships, collaborating to transform business problems into new business models. As the office continues to rapidly scale its staff and client portfolio, Jeff has also overseen the development of multiple new offerings such as a fully functioning Content Studio and the largest Media & Connections offering in the network.
Prior to joining R/GA, Jeff served as Managing Director at Digital Kitchen, where he spearheaded the agency’s evolution from production company to full-service digital agency. As SVP at Leo Burnett, Jeff spent more than three years providing strategic leadership in the interactive and digital space, and managed numerous Fortune 50 clients in both New York and Chicago as Partner, Director of Interactive Production at Ogilvy & Mather. Since entering the industry in the mid-90s, Jeff has been recognized well beyond his digital roots. He’s not only won Webbys, Addys, Andys, Effies, and Pencils, but the industry’s top award: the Cannes Grand Prix.
Jeff is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he studied advertising and marketing. He’s been online since 1987, when he bought his first modem, and he hasn’t been offline since.
