Biography

As President of Phenomenon, Erica runs one of the fastest growing, independent agencies focused on business transformation. The agency was built on the understanding that advertising alone has lost the power to move people and businesses. So Phenomenon has brought together a broad range of creative thinkers – innovators, designers, strategists, technologists, and content experts all focused on solving the biggest problems facing brands and companies.

Prior to Phenomenon, Erica was the President of TBWA\Media Arts Lab, the global network responsible for the advertising of the most iconic brand in the world, Apple. Erica led over 800 people in 24 countries all dedicated to advertising, activation and media for Apple.

Throughout her career, Erica has led teams to reinvent and reinvigorate brands to create new growth and consumer love. She has worked with some of advertising’s best creative minds to unleash some of the most disruptive and game changing brand experiences the marketing world has seen on brands; Apple Shot on iPhone, Dove Real Beauty Sketches, Pepsi Refresh Project and Gatorade Replay to name a few. She has also worked on a variety of P&G brands, T-Mobile, General Mills and other fortune 500 brands.

Erica has lived and worked in New York, San Francisco, London and currently resides in Los Angeles. She is an avid traveler who has worked in/vacationed in more than 55 countries. She has also worked on a variety of cause-related initiatives including the One Love Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative/ Children’s Safe Drinking Water and the Tap Project.
