Eric Rotkow is Managing Director at Zee Jay Digital, a boutique consulting firm focused on transforming marketing organizations and technology.
Eric leads the research, design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-wide marketing initiatives for ZJD. Most fundamentally, Eric believes that while marketing technology is fundamentally critical, marketing leaders must broadly reconceive their organizations before applying technology. Marketing needs to establish operating frameworks that allow the freedom and flexibility to adapt to change without disruption as new capabilities emerge.
Eric is an occasional speaker at industry conferences and events, and blogs on topics ranging from marketing operating models to, to Agile, to agency collaboration best practices.
