Emma Montgomery is a seasoned, proudly non-traditional planning leader, with nearly 20 years’ experience in global and local multi-disciplinary strategic roles.
Currently Chief Strategy Officer of Leo Burnett, USA, Emma leads the strategic product of the Leo Burnett planning community working with iconic brands including Kellogg’s, AllState, Samsung and Jim Beam. Prior to joining the mothership, Emma led planning for Leo Burnett Sydney, establishing Connect Strategy uniting brand, tech, commerce and content strategy in one integrated working model. Before this, she held various leadership roles at Starcom Mediavest Group in Chicago and Sydney, Australia, culminating in a Global Product Director role establishing the agency’s global Millennial co-creation innovation practice.
