Carl has been an innovation, strategy and creative leader for 25 years and has done breakthrough work in numerous categories such as CPG, hard goods, retail, QSR, education and financial services. Some of the companies he has worked most closely with are: MillerCoors, ConAgra, PepsiCo, Coca Cola, Hormel, American Family Insurance, and Burger King.
Carl has lectured on Insights at the Kellogg School of Management and is regarded as an expert brand strategist. Carl is also Improv-trained and an experienced facilitator with a reputation for engaging and actionable workshops.
