With 20+ years of agency management experience, Andrew’s belief is that every agency owner has three choices when it comes to the future of their agency: acquisition, bankruptcy, or inheritance. Since no one wants to go out of business, and most next-of-kins are busy building their own lives, planning for scale and (eventual) sale needs to be the modus operandi. From growing his own experiential agency, to scaling and selling the leading millennial-focused creative shop, Noise, acquiring the Intelligence Group from CAA, and leading the agency merger into Deep Focus, Andrew has been involved in every aspect of building, running, and selling successful agencies. In 2016, Andrew launched Optimization Partners, an NYC-based outsourced financial management company focused on helping small to mid-sized agencies better concentrate on the work, growth, and profitability.
